Steel Cutting Ceremony Held for Stella Tanker’s 4×7,300 DWT Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker Project

As part of Stella Tanker Shipping Co. Inc.’s newbuilding investments, the steel cutting ceremony for four 7,300 DWT stainless steel chemical tankers was successfully held on February 28, 2026.

The project, initiated under the (3+1) shipbuilding contract signed on August 23, 2025, between Stella Tanker and Jiang YongXin Shipping Co. Ltd., officially entered the construction phase with this steel cutting milestone.

The project is being carried out with the joint consultancy of Milestone International Shipbuilding Development (Taizhou) Co., Ltd., adopting a design approach focused on technical excellence, performance optimization, and energy efficiency.
